100 Years of Women

100 songs each with 1/1 animated visual art and unique utilities.

Emily Faye is a UK country/pop artist, who has written 100 songs minted as an NFT collection. Each NFT comes with an original animated piece of art created by Bstract and will also provide future utility.

The project is based on inspirational women and includes a Web3 community aspect. We have reached out to a number of artists, project owners and collectors in the NFT space with questions about their journey through life, Emily has turned these responses into song lyrics for a select number of songs. Each piece represents a year in a woman’s life from Age 1 – 100

•     Music

Each of the 100 songs not only has different lyrics but also includes unique Instrumentation by high-level musicians and session players including an original solo section played by a host of guest musicians.

•     Art

The art is 100 mixed media pieces of abstract animated art to accompany each 1/1 song. The pieces started as physical paintings but were then manually, digitally enhanced and animated.

Over 200 physical abstract paintings were created to make these 1/1 art pieces which took over 10 months.

•     Goals:

We aim to use a percentage of the profits to commission work from female musicians, songwriters, producers and artists with the goal to give these pieces to holders.

A percentage of sales will also be donated to Calling All Crows Non Profit Charity.

•     What is the utility?

Whilst we believe the art and music pieces are the main focus, we do love to embrace the opportunities of utility in Web3.

We have a number of utilities such as live metaverse shows, usage rights, a chance to win a custom song by Emily, 1 year subscription to secret song club, music tuition, merch giveaway and Art NFT’s.
